It is believed that these houses date from the 1920s. The subject property forms one of a row of 7 similar built on 3 floors with access front and rear.
Construction
Traditional brick, timber, slate, concrete, steel, asphalt, lead etc with no evidence of any hazardous materials having been used in the construction although the possibility of encountering some asbestos during damaging building works.
In older buildings lead will exist in paint and in old water pipes. Old pipes taint water and become brittle and should be removed.
Accommodation
The floor area is said to be 2160 square feet including the garage.
